Moving to Heal
Moving to Heal is movement as medicine and is for anyone seeking a gentler movement practice to complement and facilitate healing of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We define healing simply as, “I feel better.” In this class, students learn how to personalize movement to adapt to their comfort and health needs. A part of the Nia technique, Moving to Heal increases flexibility, mobility, stability, strength and reduces stress.
